These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FastFlow iOS app and the FastFlow companion apps for Garmin devices (together, the "App"), provided by DaSecure ("the Company," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FastFlow provides general wellness information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shown in the App — including metabolic stage descriptions, biometric readings, AI Coach summaries, and break-fast guidance — is for informational purposes and may not be accurate for your individual circumstances.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple and Garmin devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms, Apple's App Store terms, and Garmin's Connect IQ terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App except where permitted by law.
The App may recommend physical products (such as bone broth or electrolytes) from independent partner brands. Purchases are made on the partner's own website under the partner's terms, prices, and policies. We are not the seller and are not responsible for partner products, fulfillment, or returns. We may receive an affiliate commission on qualifying purchases; this does not affect the price you pay.
Biometric features depend on third-party devices and services (Garmin Connect / ConnectIQ, Apple Health / HealthKit, iCloud). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Biometric readings from consumer wearables are estimates and should not be relied on for medical purposes.
FastFlow has no account system. Your fasting and health data is processed on your device and stored on your device and in your private iCloud, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device backup settings; we cannot recover data stored only on your device or in your iCloud.
You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law, interferes with the App's operation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems. You agree not to use the App to promote or pursue extreme, unsafe fasting practices.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, stage model, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual-property laws. Garmin and Connect IQ are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. Apple, Apple Watch, Apple Health, and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. These Terms grant you no rights to any third-party trademarks.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT BIOMETRIC DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR HEALTH OUTCOME ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY FASTING PRACTICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, noted in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Sections 1, 4–10, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Company's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
